Continuum is a first person science fiction puzzle game that focuses on the unique mechanic of time manipulation. The player takes control of Dr. Carroll, a scientist on board a research vessel adrift in deep space who has just woken up from stasis to find all life onboard seemingly vanished. Accompanied by a friendly AI named W1DG3T Carroll must navigate the seemingly abandoned environment in order to find out what is going on with the ship, problem solving using their Time Remote to alter and manipulate their surroundings.
